Description
AECOM is hiring a Lead Engineer - Power System Studies for its Transmission & Distribution team in India. The role leads steady-state, dynamic, and transient power system studies; establishes technical standards; provides expertise from concept through detailed design for transmission and distribution projects; supports bids and client meetings; mentors team members; reviews designs against codes and standards; and contributes to budgets and schedules. The position requires a Master of Engineering degree in Power Systems or Energy Systems, a Chartered Engineer or Professional Engineer license, mandatory EHV grid substation experience, and extensive power system study experience. The role is hybrid, requiring work from an AECOM office at least three days per week, with in-person Day 1 onboarding.
