Description
The Lead Engineer – Product Design Engineer joins the Power Systems & Control Engineering Team to drive the design and development of power converters, inverters, gate drivers, and power control algorithms for Industrial Variable Speed Drives (VSDs) in the energy extraction market. This role involves defining and validating power converter and inverter architectures, leading analytical and design activities, developing gate driver designs, creating fault detection schemes, supporting advanced power control algorithm development, collaborating with engineering teams for performance validation, communicating technical strategies, contributing to technical documentation, and working with supply chain and commercialization teams.
