Description
Eversource is hiring one Lead Engineer for its Project Solutions team within Business and Quality Assurance. The role leads a diverse department, supervises engineers, reviewers, and analysts; manages workload and quality control; supports the project lifecycle, project approvals, solution design, technical and financial reviews, KPIs, and emerging transmission technologies; and develops preliminary engineering designs and standards. The position is hybrid, requires a valid driver’s license and possible travel between Massachusetts, Connecticut, and New Hampshire, and requires emergency restoration availability. A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least eight years of electrical utility technical, operational, or engineering experience are preferred or required, with supervisory experience preferred. The annual salary range is $145,670.00-$161,860.00, with a potential incentive.
