Forge is hiring a Lead Engineer, Reactor Support Equipment to own the design, development, testing, qualification, and high-rate production delivery of reactor support systems for Ember Mini and the future full-scale Ember nuclear power plant. The role leads mechanical, civil, electrical, and controls engineers, performs first-principles analysis and system sizing, and partners with production and site-deployment teams. It is a full-time office position based in the South Bay area of Los Angeles County, with relocation required for non-local candidates, and offers a $140,000–$190,000 annual base salary plus equity and benefits.
