Description
Wabtec is seeking an Electrical Protection Relay Test Engineer to conduct functional testing and analysis of protection relays using current and voltage injectors, automate repetitive protection tests, prepare test reports, and update technical documentation. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, advanced English proficiency, familiarity with ANSI protection function codes, experience with current/voltage injectors and network topology, and at least three years of relevant work experience in electrical protection systems. Knowledge of substation communication protocols and IEC61850 is valued.
