Description
The role leads Design for Reliability (DfR) and reliability engineering activities for electrical and electronic products, especially data center applications. Responsibilities include reliability assessments, life testing, reliability modeling, accelerated life testing, warranty defect reduction, FRACAS and Shainin Red X problem solving, technology roadmaps, stakeholder management, and technical mentoring. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics, or mechanical engineering and 8+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 6+ years with a master's degree.
