Jabil is hiring a Lead Engineer, Reliability/Structural in Austin to lead environmental, structural, and reliability testing and hardware design debug activities for server, storage, networking, AI infrastructure, and rack-level platforms. The role owns validation planning, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, lab and third-party lab management, risk assessments, and customer and stakeholder communication, while building local validation capabilities. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related technical field and at least six years of validation or reliability engineering experience.
