CIMA+ is hiring a Lead Engineer - Roadway Design to lead civil roadway components on major provincial and municipal transportation projects from preliminary through detailed design. The role covers freeways, highways, interchanges, intersections, technical reporting, design reviews, site inspections, constructability guidance, client and agency coordination, and mentorship of junior staff. It may be based in Mississauga, Toronto, Markham, or Bowmanville and offers a hybrid work mode. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Ontario P.Eng. licensure or immediate eligibility, at least 15 years of roadway/highway design experience, and extensive CAD and roadway design software knowledge.
