Spark is hiring a permanent full-time Lead – Engineer (Salesforce) in Auckland to lead Salesforce engineering for Operations Support across multiple orgs and the B2B Migration Programme. The role manages permanent Salesforce developers and a partner engineering resource, sets development standards, oversees code review, test automation, release readiness, defect and cycle-time accountability, and develops internal capability. It also involves Salesforce architecture, AI-assisted engineering, and experience with CommsCloud and Experience Cloud.
