Arclin is hiring an onsite Lead Engineer / Scientist for Process Development & Commercialization in Richmond, Virginia. The role leads engineered-material products and manufacturing processes from concept through pilot trials, scale-up, qualification, and commercialization, working with manufacturing, operations, quality, engineering, supply chain, customers, and other cross-functional teams. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline, at least five years of experience leading product, process, scale-up, or commercialization projects, and experience with manufacturing, pilot plants, process development, or production environments.
