Blattner is hiring a remote Lead Engineer – Studies to lead electrical studies across concurrent bids and project work, including short-circuit, reactive power flow, annualized energy loss, and ampacity studies. The role establishes study templates and QA/QC practices, validates EOR study packages, and coordinates with Project Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, and Construction. Candidates need an ABET-accredited electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience, a PE license or ability to obtain one within one year, and at least seven years of electrical studies experience, including leadership and renewable-energy experience. Compensation is $121,680 to $176,436, with employer-paid HDHP insurance premiums, dental and vision insurance, a 401(k) match, HSA and FSA options, and other benefits.
