LaBella is seeking a Lead Engineer - Substation to join their Program Management Services Division. The successful candidate will oversee various aspects of project engineering, including scoping, budgeting, conceptual engineering, contract management, design, construction, and closeout. Responsibilities also involve performing engineering analyses, designing substation systems, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior engineers, acting as a subject matter expert, and liaising with contractors.
