EnerVenue, Inc. is looking for a Lead Engineer - Substrate to oversee the specification, qualification, and manufacturing integration of nickel and iron foam substrates for its Aqueous Metal Cell (AMC) platform. The role involves defining foam specifications, evaluating production routes like electrodeposition, CVD, and sintering, optimizing foam morphology for active material loading, and driving improvements in cell-level performance and manufacturability. Additionally, the engineer will support manufacturing processes, collaborate with R&D, and mentor a growing team.
