Description
Cencora is hiring a Lead Engineer – Platform to serve as the technical owner and strategic driver of its Salesforce platform. The role owns enterprise release management, platform health, org optimization, security and compliance, incident response, data management, third-party application governance, and a multi-year modernization roadmap covering Classic-to-Lightning, Aura-to-LWC, legacy automation-to-Flow, Salesforce DX, and modular packaging. It also leads a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers, release engineers, and administrators and partners with IT, security, compliance, business stakeholders, and Salesforce vendors. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, at least 8 years of Salesforce platform experience including 3+ years in a platform lead, release management, or architect role, and relevant Salesforce certifications.
