Description
Cencora is hiring a Senior Architect to serve as an embedded delivery architect for its Salesforce Contact Center Management delivery team. The role translates enterprise architecture standards into contact-center solution designs, leads architecture across Salesforce, omnichannel engagement, telephony, CCaaS, integrations, data, security, and operations, guides implementation decisions, coordinates with technical teams and vendors, and mentors Technical Leads and developers. The position requires a relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least eight years of enterprise technology experience, strong Salesforce and contact-center architecture experience, and familiarity with Agile delivery and Jira.
