Description
Maxwell is hiring a Lead Engineer – Testing & Validation to own end-to-end verification and validation of automotive products, including BMS, motor controllers, IoT devices, TPMS, chargers, and other electronic systems. The role covers hardware, firmware, software, system, and mechanical testing across the product development lifecycle, from customer DVP alignment through test execution, defect analysis, reporting, and final validation. It also includes building and leading the Testing & Validation team, developing test processes and infrastructure, and ensuring compliance with automotive quality, functional safety, and testing standards.
