Description
The Howmet Engines Lead Tooling Process Owner provides enterprise leadership for tooling technologies and standards supporting investment casting operations across Howmet Engine Products. The role develops and governs standardized practices for wax injection dies and ceramic core dies, establishes tooling specifications and maintenance procedures, leads cross-functional workshops and supplier partnerships, implements advanced tooling technologies, establishes KPIs, supports new product introduction, and mentors technical teams. The position is based at one of the US Howmet Engines Business Unit facilities, requires a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant engineering or manufacturing experience, and requires travel of up to 30% to manufacturing facilities and suppliers.
