Description
Pickett is hiring a Lead Engineer to provide senior-level engineering and technical leadership on complex electric transmission design projects for high-voltage and extra-high-voltage overhead utility systems. The role supervises engineers, technicians, and drafters; manages project quality, schedules, proposals, and client relationships; and oversees line routing, survey coordination, PLS-CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, clearance checks, permitting, procurement, constructability, vendor coordination, and construction support. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, Professional Engineer certification, at least 10 years of related transmission line engineering experience, and extensive PLS-CADD experience.
