HR Green is hiring a Drainage Engineering Manager to lead complex transportation drainage projects, direct multidisciplinary engineering teams, and serve as a technical authority on hydraulics, hydrology, and infrastructure resilience. The role includes design leadership, quality control, mentorship, staffing support, client communication, proposal and business development, and the opportunity to advance into management. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of progressive engineering design experience, an active Professional Engineer license, and experience with drainage and hydraulic modeling tools. The position offers a base salary of $115,000 to $170,000 plus potential performance and discretionary incentive bonuses.
