The role includes design leadership, quality control, mentorship, staffing support, client communication, proposal and business development, and engineering document signing and sealing, with a clear pathway into management. Candidates need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, at least 10 years of progressive engineering design experience, an active Professional Engineer license, and experience with drainage and hydraulic modeling tools.
