Description
Emerson is seeking a VOS Engineering Team Lead to support its ETO India business and lead an engineering team responsible for project requirements, schedules, wiring and schematic drawings, manufacturing designs, bills of materials, quality, and operational problem resolution. The role also involves mentoring, standards development, process improvement, stakeholder coordination, and team performance management. Candidates need 10–12 years of CAD, PLM, and ERP experience, a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent, and proficiency with Solid Edge, Teamcenter, or equivalent CAD/PLM tools.
