Description
HR Green is hiring a Lead Engineer to lead complex water resources and civil infrastructure projects, including stream restoration, flood control, heavy earthwork, grading, bridge and culvert replacement, storm sewer, and water main design. The role provides technical leadership and subject-matter expertise, guides engineering analysis and design through construction, supports permitting and regulatory coordination, leads QA/QC, and mentors engineers. A bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and a Professional Engineer license are required; AutoCAD Civil 3D and experience with civil infrastructure projects are also required. The position offers a base salary of $107,350 to $180,600 plus potential performance and discretionary bonuses, along with medical, dental, vision, retirement, tuition reimbursement, and other benefits.
