LSEG is hiring a Lead, Engineering Talent & Learning to research, design, develop, and deliver technically rigorous learning solutions for early-career engineers, new joiners, and adjacent engineering talent. The individual-contributor role partners with engineering leaders and subject-matter experts to create hands-on, blended, and AI-enabled learning experiences; assess capability needs; measure impact; coach learners; and use modern developer tools and automation to improve adoption and outcomes. The role requires extensive experience in learning and development, engineering enablement, technical training, or developer education, along with strong technical literacy, stakeholder management, evaluation, and communication skills.
