Apex Engineering Group is hiring Lead Engineering Technicians for highway and urban roadway projects from design through construction. The role involves preparing CADD drawings and layouts, calculating roadway and utility quantities, supporting construction observation, inspection, surveying, and materials testing, and serving as a chief inspector or resident project representative. Positions are available at any listed Apex office or in a hybrid arrangement, with flexible locations across North Dakota and Minnesota. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, strong CADD proficiency, civil engineering design and construction inspection experience, and a valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one. The position offers a $35–$50 hourly base pay range and health, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
