Description
The Associate provides day-to-day operational support for DTCC environment-management activities, including L1/L2 support for DEV/QA/QAP environments, service requests, runbook-based activities, alert monitoring, incident and deployment support, and documentation. The role requires 3–6 years of environment-management or infrastructure-support experience, basic to intermediate Unix and middleware skills, and familiarity with Linux/Unix, WebSphere, Tomcat, and shell scripting.
