Apex Engineering Group is hiring an Environmental Planner to support transportation and water projects requiring NEPA documentation, environmental assessments, impact statements, public-agency coordination, permitting, wetland delineation, and mitigation. The role also involves business development, technical proposals, project pursuit, budgeting, staff hiring, and public communication. It is based at an Apex office in North Dakota or Minnesota, with remote work within 100 miles of the North Dakota offices considered, and requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of environmental planning and permitting experience, and a valid driver’s license or ability to obtain one.
