Foth is hiring a Lead Environmental Regulatory Specialist/Project Manager to oversee environmental, regulatory, and coastal/waterfront construction projects throughout the Northeast. The role manages fieldwork, permitting, project teams, proposals, client relationships, procurement, and technical reporting, while supporting business development and supervising environmental impact statements and other assessments. It is a hybrid position available from offices in Marion, Massachusetts; Newport, Rhode Island; Petaluma, California; Green Bay, Wisconsin; and Madison, Wisconsin. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of environmental engineering experience, and a record of local, state, and federal permitting in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
