GHD is hiring three Team Leaders for its US Central Contamination Assessment & Remediation South Business Group: one in Golden, Colorado and two in Houston, Texas. Each assignment is held alongside a substantive technical, project, or client-facing role and reports to the Business Group Leader. Responsibilities include people leadership, team development, business execution, client support, project delivery, regulatory compliance, technical reporting, proposal leadership, safety and quality oversight, and mentorship. The role requires a bachelor’s or advanced degree in an environmental discipline, typically 10+ years of environmental consulting experience, people-leadership experience, and familiarity with Central Region environmental regulatory programs; PE, PG, Colorado REP, or OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER credentials are preferred. The positions offer hybrid office/remote work and periodic travel.
