Description
Coherent Corp. is hiring a MOCVD Process Engineer to develop, implement, and continuously improve the production of GaAs/InP-based optoelectronic devices using metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. The role supports new epitaxial designs, process variants, statistical analysis, process control, yield and throughput improvements, and compliance with manufacturing operations. It requires an M.S. or equivalent experience, familiarity with epitaxial characterization and manufacturing data-analysis tools, and willingness to work primarily on-site in an office and cleanroom environment with occasional night or weekend support.
