Description
HelloFresh is hiring a Lead Equity & Incentives Compensation Partner to own the design, administration, governance, compliance, and strategic execution of global equity programs, short- and long-term incentive plans, executive compensation, and rewards frameworks. Reporting to the Global Director, Compensation Strategy, the role leads equity platforms and data integrity, incentive modelling, executive benchmarking and offer construction, pay equity, regulatory compliance, compensation due diligence, and cross-functional stakeholder influence. The position requires at least 8 years of progressive compensation experience, including 4 years focused on equity, incentives, or executive compensation in a high-growth global technology or e-commerce company, along with strong financial modelling, analytical, governance, and stakeholder skills.
