Description
The role is an MEP Estimator and Tendering Specialist for data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include preparing MEP cost estimates, BOQ validations, quantity take-offs, tender costing, vendor comparisons, cost benchmarks, value engineering, and budget support; reviewing electrical and mechanical design inputs; and coordinating with projects, design, procurement, contracts, finance, and commercial teams. The position requires a B.E. or B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, 10–15+ years of relevant MEP estimation and tendering experience, and proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and preferably Revit, Navisworks, Primavera, or MS Project.
