Canada Life is hiring a Lead ETL Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support ETL and integration solutions for its centralized technology team. The role focuses on Informatica PowerCenter/IICS-based workflows, data extraction and loading from mainframes, relational databases, and APIs, production and operational support, performance tuning, automation, and collaboration with data architects, business analysts, and BI developers. The posting requires strong Python and SQL experience, at least 3+ years in enterprise IT data integration, and familiarity with database platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, and DB2, with additional experience in Ab Initio, Syncsort DMX, Control-M, and CDC tools considered assets.
