Description
The Event Specialist supports in-store food and non-food demonstrations by preparing and serving food samples, setting up event tables, managing demonstration equipment, intercepting and selling to consumers, communicating product features and benefits, and maintaining a professional appearance. The role may serve as the point of contact when a supervisor is absent and requires a high school diploma or GED, related experience or training, food safety certification, and a local food-handler permit where required. It is intended to be performed in a retail store environment with limited travel and is not expected to exceed 25 hours per week.
