The Lead Expert, Application will partner with customers and cross-functional teams to develop application solutions for early-life nutrition products, from concept through commercialization. The role involves formulating and testing prototypes, advising on ingredients and processing technologies, resolving application challenges, monitoring market trends, and delivering technical presentations and training. Candidates need a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant science field, several years of nutrition, dairy, or related experience, knowledge of formulation and manufacturing, experience with liquid and powder applications, and fluency in Mandarin and professional English.
