dsm-firmenich is hiring a Lead Expert, Digital Quality Management in Barcelona, Spain, to lead digital solutions for quality management across the organization. The role partners with product managers, functional experts, and business stakeholders to define requirements, execute quality testing, ensure GxP and data-security compliance, administer and support QMS and LIMS systems, improve processes, and drive continuous innovation. Candidates need at least 8 years of experience delivering digital solutions in quality-control systems, successful LIMS and QMS implementations, knowledge of laboratory and quality-management processes, experience with SAP ECC and S/4Hana, integration and Agile experience, and strong stakeholder and communication skills.
