Description
The Lead Expert, Enterprise Functions – Human Resources will lead end-to-end HR technology and digital transformation for Animal Nutrition & Health – Solutions in Hyderabad. The role owns SAP SuccessFactors and related HR platforms, governs payroll providers and service partners, drives automation and digital employee experience, manages HR data, security, compliance, and integrations, and leads Agile, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, at least 8 years of enterprise HR technology experience, strong SAP and HR technology expertise, and fluent English.
