Description
The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at Jersey Mike’s by leading and coaching crew members, delivering guest service, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, delegating work during peak periods, and supporting new-employee training. The role may also step into crew-member duties for food preparation and guest service. It is available full-time or part-time, pays $11–$13 per hour, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits subject to eligibility.
