Description
The Lead Project Manager, Design and Construction leads healthcare construction projects from concept through closeout, including acute-care projects, under the supervision of the VP of Construction, Real Estate Development, and the Design and Construction team. The role collaborates with clinical leaders, facilities teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure clinical workflow readiness, manages contracts, maintains construction documents and records, and serves as a technical resource to CHNw departments. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, engineering technology, or architecture, and five years of relevant healthcare construction experience; an alternative education path is available with eight years of hospital or healthcare project management experience.
