Community Health Network is hiring a Lead Maintenance Technician for its Maintenance Department to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and preventively maintain medical office and hospital equipment and systems. The role also includes construction improvements, safety monitoring, corrective and preventive maintenance work orders, documentation, training, and mentoring of less-skilled co-workers. Applicants need five years of facility maintenance, industrial, commercial, institutional, or hospital maintenance experience; a high school diploma or GED; and certification or licensure in one relevant trade or a technical/engineering degree.
