Description
CMI Management LLC is hiring a Lead Facility Engineer to serve as the on-site operations and maintenance technical lead at a customer facility in Shepherdstown, West Virginia. The role oversees chiller plants, boilers, kitchen repairs, building automation systems, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems; supervises O&M staff; verifies work orders; ensures safe and reliable facility operations; maintains maintenance management systems; and responds to after-hours emergencies. The position requires at least 10 years of experience managing a crew of 10 or more and strong analytical, diagnostic, and systems knowledge.
