Description
Strohm is hiring a Lead Field Engineer based in IJmuiden, The Netherlands, to lead global end-fitting and offshore operations, including termination activities, transspooling, TCP installations, repairs, witnessing, and Jumpers On Demand campaigns. The role oversees onsite teams, client interfaces, safety and quality, equipment mobilization, logistics, and operational improvements, while also supporting testing, training, and continuous improvement. Candidates need 5–7 years of hands-on installation, onsite fabrication, or engineering experience, overseas Oil & Gas equipment-mobilization experience, strong documentation and English skills, and comfort working away from home. The position offers a hybrid working model and a salary of €4,000–€5,000 based on experience and qualifications.
