Description
The role serves as an on-site technical expert and central interface between the Hamburg vehicle operation and the engineering team. It involves diagnosing complex mechanical, electrical, and software vehicle issues; coordinating maintenance, repair, retrofit, validation, and Flying Doctor activities for prototypes, development, and autonomous test vehicles; supporting autonomous-driving and SDS systems; validating repair concepts; and collaborating with development engineers on fault analysis, design verification, and test plans. The position requires knowledge of vehicle systems, structured root-cause analysis, modern electric-vehicle maintenance, prototype and validation vehicles, diagnostic systems, data-analysis software, and technical test equipment, with high-voltage-system experience preferred.
