Description
The Technical Supervisor/Lead File Handler will supervise and lead a team, provide technical support and training, maintain a reduced caseload of MOD NIHL matters, ensure compliance with client and SRA requirements, drive settlement and quality, resolve complaints, and improve operating practices. The role requires a qualified solicitor, essential experience in disease-claim file handling and technical sign-off on litigated NIHL matters, and proficiency across the litigation process; prior project or team leadership and case-management-system experience are desirable.
