Description
The role leads financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial reporting, project profitability, cash flow, treasury, governance, compliance, audits, tax filings, investment analysis, and financial-system improvements for real estate projects and business units. It also oversees and mentors finance teams and partners with business and project stakeholders. The position requires a Chartered Accountant qualification, an MBA in Finance is preferred, and 12–18 years of experience in finance controllership, financial planning and analysis, or project finance, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or construction.
