Wabtec is hiring participants for its two-year Finance LEAD Rotational Program, an early-career development opportunity involving four six-month rotations across corporate finance disciplines such as FP&A, Controllership, Commercial Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Strategic Finance. Participants will support financial planning, analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, strategic decision-making, process improvements, and stakeholder presentations, while receiving technical and leadership training and mentorship. The program is primarily based in Chicago, Illinois, and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with relocation to a different Wabtec office expected at least once. Applicants need a business-related bachelor’s degree, GPA of at least 3.5, U.S. work authorization, and willingness to relocate; the stated base salary is $75,000.
