CSUN is hiring a full-time Lead Financial/Operations Analyst in Northridge to support the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences under the Director of Finance and Operations. The role covers budget development and planning, forecasting, variance and cost-recovery analysis, financial reconciliation, journal entries, budget transfers, reporting, and training on financial systems. Applicants need a four-year college or university degree in a job-related field and three years of progressively responsible technical, analytical, or administrative experience; higher-education and advanced Microsoft Excel experience are desired. The position is hybrid, with four days in the office and one day remote, and pays $5,274–$7,684 per month.
