Anderson Dahlen is hiring a Finishing Lead to perform rough grinding, polishing, sanding, blending, and metal-finishing operations on components, parts, and assemblies. The role works a day shift of four 10-hour days from Monday through Thursday, collaborates with managers and supervisors, trains employees, inspects work, and develops finishing methods. It requires a high school diploma or GED, at least five years of finishing or related experience, a forklift and crane license, and the ability to train others. The position pays $28-$38 per hour and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
