Description
Comfort Solutions is hiring a Lead Fireplace Installer to oversee residential fireplace installations, including gas, electric, and wood-burning units, venting, chimney, and gas systems. The role leads projects from start to finish, mentors apprentices and junior installers, performs testing and inspections, maintains safe job sites, documents work, and coordinates with sales, service, and operations teams. Candidates should have at least three years of fireplace installation experience, leadership or crew-lead experience, strong installation and troubleshooting knowledge, a valid driver's license, and RMGA certification or willingness to obtain it with company assistance.
