Description
Acron Aviation is hiring a Lead Firmware & FPGA Engineer to provide technical leadership for airborne avionics products, including transponders, TCAS, surveillance, and communications systems. The role owns firmware architecture, FPGA design, hardware requirements, DO-254 certification, verification, validation, and lifecycle management, while overseeing outsourced engineering partners and external development organizations. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline, at least 10 years of aerospace or safety-critical embedded product development experience, and at least 5 years of technical leadership experience.
