Description
Dexcom is hiring a Firmware Verification and Validation Engineer to partner with firmware development, systems engineering, QA, cybersecurity, and regulatory teams on software verification, test planning, risk analysis, automated testing, and validation of CGM transmitter firmware. The role includes mentoring junior engineers, debugging, defect tracking, embedded firmware testing, low-power systems, Bluetooth Low Energy, FDA design control, and medical-device development processes. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline and 8–12 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 5–7 years of equivalent experience, plus a PhD and 2–4 years of experience.
